The Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC) is a state-owned public holding company established in 2025 to manage and develop Syria’s oil and gas sector. The company succeeded the General Petroleum Corporation and the General Corporation for Refining, along with their affiliated companies, assuming their rights and obligations.
