Core classification rule
Installed/Nominal Capacity, Available Capacity, Operational Capacity and Actual Generation are not used interchangeably. Each indicator represents a different state and should carry an appropriate unit, reference period and source.
Where sources conflict, the different values and plausible reasons for divergence are shown rather than selecting a single figure without evidence.
